We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst from within our organization to join our team. This role is open exclusively to internal candidates and offers an opportunity to leverage your deep knowledge of our internal business processes, with a primary focus on finance, while also contributing to the improvement of other business areas. The ERP Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in aligning our ERP system, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with our broader business requirements, processes, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand and document business processes and requirements across different functional areas, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and more.

  • Leverage your finance expertise to ensure alignment with financial processes and reporting needs.

  • Work closely with IT developers and consultants to configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet the diverse needs of different business functions.

  • Provide training to end-users across different functional areas on system functionality, reporting, and best practices within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users from various departments.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user manuals for all functional areas.

  • Generate specialized reports and analytics within the ERP system for different departments.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and improved reporting in various functional areas.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in finance and a demonstrated ability to work across multiple functional areas.

  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with experience in multiple functional modules.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills across diverse business areas.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams from various departments and IT professionals.

  • Ability to translate diverse departmental requirements into technical specifications for system modifications.

  • Experience with ERP system implementation and customization, spanning multiple functional areas, is highly advantageous.
