Job Description

  • Manage and ensure the proper handling of Company’s properties and facilities,

  • Plan and coordinate Company facility renovations and repair works;

  • Manage the maintenance of equipment and supplies required in the Company’s facility to meet health and safety standards;

  • Oversee activities related to cleaning, waste disposal, maintenance and security of the company;

  • Supervise teams of cleaning, maintenance and security in collaboration with the security and janitor heads of the Company;

  • Ascertain that incoming fixed assets of the Company are properly counted, measured, tagged and registered; 

  • Supervise and facilitate the periodic physical counts and inspections of fixed asset;

  • Investigate if conditions of potential damage of fixed assets exist and implement annual impairment review process;

  • Determine the condition and recommend proper disposition of fixed asset requiring repair, salvage or disposal;

  • Facilitate the disposal of fixed assets when approved by the Top Management; 

  • Keep records, respond correspondence and prepare reports of fixed assets; 

Job Requirement

BA Degree in Management, Business Administration or related field

Experience 3 - 5 years in property administration and  / or General Service

Age Range 25 to 40

Good knowledge of effective assets and office facilities management

Good computer skill
