Main Responsibilities

  • Assist managers and employees concerning HR policies and procedures, employee relations, recruitment, benefits, attendance and leave management, and facility activities.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Working closely with respective HRBPs to Assist them with different HR strategy implementation.

  • Aid managers and employees concerning HR policies and Procedures.

  • Assists in the hiring process by coordinating job postings on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone interviews and reference checks.

  • Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.

  • Administer recruitment activities including employee orientation, documentation, police check, etc.

  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.

  • Send Daily, weekly, and monthly Attendance reports to supervisors and Managers.

  • Monitor attendance and ensure that leave reports are completed and signed for all employees in the department.

  • Provide reports and statistics to managers related to accrued leaves and patterns of absenteeism.

  • Provide payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, Overtime summary, and other deductions for the Compensation and Benefits section on time. 

  • Collect and organize overtime data when necessary.

  • Alert management when Overtime work exceeds the allowable limit.

  • Keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in a timely fashion.

  • Prepare work certificates when requested by employees.

  • Perform duties such as writing letters, positing communications, and others. 

  • Raise HR-related PRs and follow up till the end of the process, monthly accrual management of HR-related requests. 

  • Maintain employee records (personnel file, data, attendance, leaves, etc.…) in soft and hard copies. 

  • Assist HRBPs in all aspects of the HR process.

  • Performing HR administrative tasks.

  • Organize and oversee social events.

  • Covering legal compliance (pension and the like) for Plant HR. 

Required Education/Experience and Key Skills

  • BA Degree in Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or other related fields of study.

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position

  • Experience in corporate administration and HR officer position 

  • Previous FMCG experience is a plus

Required Differentiating Competencies

  • Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, HR systems, and Internet Explorer 

  • Good time management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills

  • Ability to work in teams and work under pressure
