Internship Summary
CRS Ethiopia offers Internship possibilities to a limited number of female recent graduates (fresh graduates) consistent with CRS mission and Guiding Principles. The program will be offered based on justifiable organizational needs, merit and the applicant meeting the selection criteria. The main aim of the Internship Program is to give female graduates a framework to enhance their educational experience through practical work assignments, thereby developing skills which will be useful for their career and future employment. The Program shall consider applicants from local universities who are currently studying towards a professional qualification or who have just acquired one and willing to have a practical experience.

Experiential training focuses on training for a practical workplace. The proposed training philosophy requires that in the process of learning new skills, the Intern also be required to demonstrate that they are capable of applying what they learn in a tangible “value-added” way.
Under the supervision of an experienced staff member and in collaboration with CRS partners, the intern will support assigned department with different tasks to help tailor their practical learning process.
