Job Requirements

Skills, Experience & Education:

First Degree in Chemistry/Chemical/Food Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.

The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that real-time quality control systems are implemented and that ensure bottling process meets the KO and group standards for manufacturing, product, and package quality Index.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct process capability for all lines as per the KO requirement, document and report the result; and implement corrective actions upon deviations.  

• Ensure the Infinity QS program is upgraded and all the QC records are uploaded into the system.

• Identify the root cause for non-conformances and deviations from targets and implement appropriate corrective actions. 

• All process parameters for water treatment, syrup preparation, and final products are captured in InfinityQS for SPC.

• Manufacturing Sensory program fully implemented and participated in a quarterly proficiency scheme.

• Design and implement online quality monitoring processes using Davis software.

• Regulates the effectiveness of visual management of the quality parameters online.
