Job Description

  • Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.

Job Requirements

  • BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive  or relevant field.

  • A minimum of 4 - 6 years of proven experience in a customer service position.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good understanding of customer service management practices and techniques.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Computer skill
