We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electro-Mechanical, Sanitary and Design personnel on behalf of our esteemed client

Position Overview

The Electro-Mechanical, Sanitary, and Design Personnel will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of electro-mechanical and sanitary systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

●       Design electro-mechanical systems including plumbing, and electrical systems.

●       Develop sanitary systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

●       Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

●       Oversee the installation and commissioning of electro-mechanical and sanitary systems.

●       Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

●       Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

●       Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and other team members to integrate electro-mechanical and sanitary systems into overall project designs.

●       Participate in project meetings and provide technical input and recommendations.

●       Perform quality assurance checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during design or installation.

●       Ensure all systems are tested and meet performance criteria.

●       Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Job Requirement

Qualifications and Requirements:

●       Bachelor’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering,  Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field

●       Minimum of 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical and sanitary system design and installation.

●       Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.

●       Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

●       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

●       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
