GRAPHIC DISGINER for the upcoming BEE Channel (Black Economy Excellence) media production, with a Bachelor's degree and 3+years of experience in graphic design. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess strong writing and communication skills, and have the ability to present reports, conduct interviews, and implement strategies effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet with clients or stakeholders to understand their design needs and objectives

• Research design trends, competitors, and target audience to inform the creative process

• Conceptualize and develop design solutions that are visually appealing, on-brand, and functionally effective

• Create a variety of design assets such as logos, branding materials, advertisements, websites, and product packaging

• Present design concepts and prototypes to clients for feedback and approval

• Incorporate client feedback and revise designs as needed

• Ensure final designs meet technical specifications for print, web, or other mediums

• Manage the production and delivery of approved design projects

• Stay current on design software, techniques, and industry best practices

• Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, developers, and project managers

• Maintain an organized project workflow and meet deadlines

Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

• Strong visual design skills, including an understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition

• Technical skills in areas like digital illustration, photo editing, and image manipulation

• Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design for digital platforms
