We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Medical Sales Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote our medical tourism services to patients in Ethiopia seeking healthcare abroad. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting hospitals daily, forging relationships with healthcare professionals, and identifying potential patients interested in traveling to India and other countries for medical treatment.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Visit hospitals across Addis Ababa daily to meet with doctors and healthcare professionals. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with medical staff to identify patients seeking healthcare options abroad. 

• Inform doctors and hospital staff about our services and advantages of medical treatment in India and other preferred destinations. 

• Actively engage with patients to understand their medical needs and provide information about available treatment options abroad. 

• Coordinate with our offices in India and Ethiopia to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient referrals. 

• Provide regular reports to both India and Ethiopia offices on daily activities, patient interactions, and potential leads. 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies tailored to the Ethiopian market. 

• Continuously stay updated on medical tourism trends, healthcare advancements, and competitor activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Nursing, or a related field. 

• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical tourism industry. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals. 

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. 

• Self-motivated and target-driven. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Fluency in English and Amharic; knowledge of other Ethiopian languages is a plus. 

• Willingness to travel within Ethiopia as required.
