Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Development Studies or in a related social science field of study with relevant work experience A certificate in a relevant course along with strong data collection experience and English proficiency will be considered Duties & Responsibilities: - Conduct in-person KIIs and SSIs with diverse participants including IDPs, GBV survivors, trafficked youth, local government officials, traditional leaders, and vulnerable populations. - Accurately transcribe the Amharic interview content and translate into English, incorporating relevant non-verbal cues and contextual observations. - Participate in two days pre-data collection training, one day pilot interviews, and protocol orientation sessions. - Coordinate closely with the Field Team Leader and Field Coordinator to report progress, raise concerns, and address challenges in real time. - Maintain digital and physical security of all collected data and notes in line with data protection protocols.

Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Law, Community Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in implementing child protection in emergency or other similar projects and a clear understanding of child protection technical areas such as case management, PSS, CBCPS, etc Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for ensuring the implementation of child protection activities designed to prevent and respond to child protection risks/concerns affecting crisis-impacted children in target locations - Coordinate project activities at the woreda level and make sure that the project is implemented in the target woreda/locations in line with the agreement entered into with respective government line offices/signatory bodies. - Provide guidance, mentoring and coaching to Social Workers/Community Volunteers to enhance the quality of child protection case management and provision of psycho social support services.

Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social work, Law, Political Science & International Relations, Community Development, Disaster Risk Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for facilitating the implementation of child protection in the emergency project in the targeted woreda in close collaboration with district & kebele key stakeholders - Expected to ensure that the project is implemented with the Minimum Standard of Child Protection in Emergency and Plan International's Child Protection in Emergency Policy and Guidelines  

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Social Work, DRM, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Supports the planning and implementation of all CVA finance related activities both in the field and in HQ including feasibility, risk and market assessments. - Contribute to the development of Work plans and CVA-specific tools and guidelines. - Provides mentoring and coaching including on-job learning to ERCS staff and volunteers and closely liaise with ERCS branches and volunteers assigned to the program to ensure coherent and coordinated implementation.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study with relevant work expereince Duties & Responsibilites: - Coordinates  SMART START SCALE-UP & DMPA SC SI Project activities in the assigned project areas/woredas; - Under the close supervision of the areas office and Project Manager at the head office, the cluster officer plans, implements, and supervises the performance of the woredas and health facilities under them; - Conducts facility gap assessment prior to the initiation of partnership with potential facilities to be clustered and, as may be required, develops follow-up action in discussion with his immediate supervisor and partners to address gaps identified;    - Provide technical mentoring and management support to the woredas’ facilities under him/her;
