Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Data Encoder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to visa applications, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry:

• Accurately enter visa application data into the company’s database.

• Verify and cross-check data for errors or discrepancies.

2. Document Management:

• Organize and maintain digital and physical records of visa applications.

• Ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct periodic audits to maintain data integrity.

4. Coordination:

• Collaborate with other team members to resolve data-related issues.

• Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information or clarification.

5. Confidentiality:

• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Adhere to company policies regarding data protection and privacy.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent; Degree in a related field preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Encoder or similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management software.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

• Good at reading and writing English.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:
