The Resource Mobilisation Manager is responsible for the management of fundraising, MEAL and communications staff and has overall oversight and coordination of donor engagement and all fundraising and proposal writing.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Administration related field Finance, Marketing, Business Management, and Business

• Experience: 5/7 years relevant banking or microfinance work experience, out of which 3 years in a senior/Managerial legal position in the microfinance industry
