Job Description
A Food and Beverage Coordinator is responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage as needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working to achieve departmental targets.
What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Coordinator, you are responsible to facilitate office operations within the outlets, provide administrative support, scheduling and coordinating logistics to ensure the smooth functioning of F&B Operations:
Key Skills:
Administrative Support: Managing office tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document organization to support F&B operations.
Logistics Coordination: Overseeing the scheduling and coordination of events and daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Inventory & Procurement: Assisting in inventory control and procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply management.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with F&B staff and management to facilitate communication and operational efficiency.
Customer Service: Addressing guest inquiries and coordinating with front-line teams to enhance customer experiences.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Provided comprehensive administrative support at similar operations, enhancing operational productivity and efficiency.
Coordinated schedules and logistics for daily operations and events, ensuring all requirements were met smoothly.
Assisted in managing inventory and procurement, contributing to cost-effective and timely supply management.
Office Software: professional in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for efficient documentation and reporting.
F&B Management Systems: Experience with F&B software like Oasys, Micros and Birch Street is a plus

BA Degree/Diploma in Management, Office Administration and related fields
Three years hands on experience preferably in hospitability sector
Positive attitude
Good communication skills
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
Excellent grooming standards
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to work on your own or in teams
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Previous Food and Beverage and/or industry experience
Experience with cash handling
Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
