 Job Summary

Support business continuity and growth by monitoring and controlling different systems and domain environments of the company through performing upgrading and maintenance tasks on hardware and software, following up their activity levels, resolving technical problems, developing new system structures as necessary ensuring system security and smooth and efficient running daily.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain the networked computer system, including system software, and applications.

  • Administer user accounts as per the user accounts policy.

  • Monitor user and computer accounts Policy and ensure compliance.

  • Ensure user and computer statistics on Active Directory are accurate

  • Create a backup and safeguard the data if there are any hindrances.

  • Optimize processes and recommend process improvement.

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement system security measures to protect the company's data, software, and hardware.

Job Requirements

  • In-depth Knowledge of Operating Systems.

  • In-depth Knowledge of Cloud Computing, clustering, and virtualization.

  • Familiarity with TCP/IP and other network protocols.

  • General knowledge of storage technologies such as SAN or NAS and Active Directory or other directory services.

  • Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.

  • Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical employees.

Education

  • The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/BIS/MIS or related fields.

  • MS Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator/Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certificate is a plus

Experience

  • 4 years of equivalent work experience in a technical analytical position responsible for managing server environments

General Competencies

  • The position requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/BIS/MIS, or related fields.

  • MS Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator/Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certificate is a plus
