Job Description
Lead all mechanical project works, machine installation, pipe-line maintenance, repair and replacement, pipeline insulation work throughout the factory to ensure the proper operation according to the design and other specification.
Ensure the repairs and replaces parts, making adjustments, tuning, and lubricating, following technical equipment manual
Interprets mechanical designs and maintenance manuals, assembling and dismantling in order to make necessary alignments and adjustments.
Follow up and confirm proper utilization of resources for all workshops. Ensures the availability of consumable materials for all workshop, plan purchase request with team leaders.
Monitor the repair and maintenance works are conducted properly from time, efficiency, standard and cost perspectives & company SOPs.
Control and confirm implementation of company rules and regulations in the section,
Ensure machinery and mechanical equipment maintenance, adjustment and monitoring to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects
Lead preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance reports preparation by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Ensure workplace health & safety protocols are practiced properly through effective coordination with the Health & Safety Coordinator
Ensure the 5 S & organization, PPEs, proper usage of fleet for all External workshops.
Job Requirements
Problem solving & communication skill.
Computer skill
3rd grade driving license
Basic English writing/reading/listening/speaking.
Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electricity/Electronic Technology or related field of studies.
6 Years of relevant work experience
