Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our logistics company. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's information technology systems, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.

  • Deep knowledge in graphics designing and in managing social media.

  • Provide technical support to employees regarding IT issues.

  • Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure.

  • Implement and maintain data security measures.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware components such as printers, computers, servers, and networking equipment.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand's image and objectives.

  •  Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company website.

  • Collaborate with other departments to assess IT needs and implement solutions

  • Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and best practices

Job Grade: 6

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.

  • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and software applications.

  • Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and cyber security.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
