We are seeking a skilled and versatile In-House Architect to provide support to our real estate sales team. As an In-House Architect, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by creating visual representations of properties, developing marketing materials, and offering architectural expertise to enhance the sales process. Your ability to translate architectural concepts into compelling visuals will help showcase the potential of our properties and attract potential buyers.

Responsibilities

In house architect is responsible to provide the following services to Client

• Construction Liaison:

• Maintain regular communication with contractors to monitor construction progress, identify potential delays, and ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards.

• Compile and present clear updates on construction progress to sales agents and existing clients, fostering transparency and managing expectations.

• Inventory Management:

• Actively manage the property sales inventory, including updates on availability, features, and any ongoing renovations.

• Provide real-time inventory updates to the sales team, enabling them to effectively present available properties to clients.

• Sales Team Training:

• Regularly conduct training sessions for the sales team, equipping them with in-depth product knowledge and understanding of unique selling points.

• Develop engaging training materials and presentations to maximize sales team effectiveness.

• Client-Driven Design Modifications:

• Manage any design modifications requested by clients, ensuring feasibility within budget and timeframe constraints.

• Clearly communicate all approved modifications to the construction team, ensuring accurate implementation.

• Project Update and Tracking:

• Regularly review construction meeting minutes and project documentation, staying informed about any progress, changes, or challenges.

• Consolidate and present concise updates on project progress and potential impacts to the sales team, facilitating informed client communication.

• Competitive Analysis:

• Stay updated on competitor products and performs regular SWOT analyses.

• Share valuable insights about competitor strengths and weaknesses with the sales team to support their competitive selling strategies.

• Marketing Collaboration:

• Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, digital presentations, and online listings, incorporating architectural visuals and design elements to captivate buyers.

• Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to inform effective marketing messaging and materials.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• Sex- Female

• 1- 2 years proven experience as an architect, preferably with experience in residential or commercial real estate.

• Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, to create 2D/3D floor plans and renderings.

• Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and construction techniques.

• Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to transform ideas into compelling architectural visuals and marketing materials.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating architectural representations.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team, external stakeholders, and clients.

• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer preferences is desirable.
