Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Officer to join our team. This supervision position focuses on ensuring the quality and delivery of our HR services, managing employee performance in marketing and recruitment, and acting as the primary liaison between clients and the GeezJobs team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, business processes, and marketing, and will be adept at pitching to clients and managing recruitment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure the quality and delivery of HR services.

  • Manage and support employees in the marketing and recruitment departments.

  • Serve as the focal point for communication between clients and the GeezJobs team.

  • Develop and implement business processes to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruitment and marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.

  • Conduct client pitches and presentations to secure new business and recruitment projects.

  • Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring alignment with client needs.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.

  • Utilize data and metrics to measure the success of business processes and recruitment efforts.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business, Marketing, HR or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of HR recruitment, talent acquisition, and business process management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Experience in pitching to clients and securing business deals.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
