Job Description

We seek a Hospitality Professional to join our team and leverage their hospitality industry experience to deliver high customer satisfaction by joining one of the following departments: project implementation, customer service, and E-Commerce Department. This role involves providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our ERP solutions, and delivering high customer satisfaction.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.

    • Experience with ERP systems is mandatory.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Comfortable with using ERP software and other technology tools.

    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management
