Job Description
We seek a Hospitality Professional to join our team and leverage their hospitality industry experience to deliver high customer satisfaction by joining one of the following departments: project implementation, customer service, and E-Commerce Department. This role involves providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our ERP solutions, and delivering high customer satisfaction.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Experience with ERP systems is mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable with using ERP software and other technology tools.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management
