Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible for preparing architectural design and technical specifications for new and existing buildings, office layouts, aluminum and counter works, and maintenance and extension of branch teller cages. S/he evaluates proposed technical documents, reviews blueprints and specifications, and gives support on heat and ventilation systems for buildings. Controls quality of construction projects.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

BSc Degree in Construction Projects Management and Computer courses in Engineering (AutoCAD, SAP, and/or Arch Cad) plus a minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience of 3 years in a supervisory position. Experience in Banking Operations (highly desirable).
