Duties & Responsibilities

• Reconciling material request with MRP (Material Resource Plan).

• Verifies accuracy and conformance with company’s purchasing policies and procedures.

• Collecting Performa for approved PR (Purchase Request) for actual purchase

• Collecting Performa for tender, market survey analysis other related works

• Checking store balance before procurement process

• Preparation of Price Analysis

• Ensures purchasing based on technical specification with close communication with the requesting department.

• Identifies and maintains list of eligible suppliers and select suppliers to procure requisitioned materials, meeting criteria such as price, quality, quantity, delivery dates and orders.

• Assures procurements are made in accordance with material procurement plan.

• Confirms materials dispatched are delivered to projects accordingly.

• Responsible for confirming all orders and their subsequent delivery.

• Identifies transportation requirement for the materials to be transported.

• Control the loading and unloading activities of materials.

• Coordinate deliveries and shipments of all inventory and supplies with division heads

• Maintain files and records, answer phones, respond to callers and schedule meetings with suppliers.

• Periodically report as to material transportation status.

Job Requirements

• BA Degree or Diploma in Logistic & Supply Chain management or related field.

Work Experience

• 2-4 Years or above related work experience.
