We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our team on a contractual basis to develop various marketing, business development, and internal process documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and professional credential documents.

• Design and format shortlist reports.

• Develop engaging landing pages.

• Produce high-quality brochures for marketing and business development.

• Generate compelling social media graphics.

• Design contracts and other internal documents.

• Collaborate closely with the talent search department to ensure all materials align with company standards and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred

• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment

• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects

Tools and Software:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Experience with web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is a plus

• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) for document formatting and presentation design

Soft Skills:

• High level of creativity and a keen eye for detail

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

• Good understanding of user experience principles

• Effective communication skills

Work Environment:

• Hybrid work model with 3 half days a week in the office and the rest working remotely
