Job Description
Carries out various activities related to materials handling, warehousing and inventory control, and/or property management. Handle matters arising from government offices, visitors, court cases, visas, work permits, etc. Assures office and compound cleanness and guard services are carried out according to schedule
Responsibilities
Prepare different utility and maintenance payment orders
Follow up different maintenance works
Record any general service duties in a log book
Encode data in fuel management system software
Assist with budget preparation
Assist in monitoring fuel consumptions
Assist in supervising fleet management
Perform other related duties as required
Job Requirements
Graduate of Year 2024 & 2023 with BA in Procurement and Supplies, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration and any other related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
No prior experience is required.
Age ≤ 25
Exit Exam is required
