Job Description
IT Support Officers provide technical assistance to computer users, answer questions or solve computer problems for clients via telephone or electronically. They provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software.
Job Requirement
Qualification: BSc in Computer Science or related Fields
Experience:
2 Years’ experience in IT support experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
Excellent communication and customer service skillsCisco experience is preferred
