Job Description
To implement a Marketing strategy, identify and collect market information, carry out marketing research, and manage the day-to-day work of the Marketing and Sales operations.
Conducts markets research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
Liaises with creative teams to come up with potential marketing opportunities.
Discovers effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
Investigates the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
Creates innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
Establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
Creates goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
Helps outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
Determines an efficient marketing mix for the group, including various marketing
campaigns and initiatives, events, sales tools, public relations, and partner marketing.
Develops an understanding of current and future market trends that may impact the group products and services.
Contributes to product development and marketing strategy through the collection and analysis of market research data to identify target markets for future potential growth.
Defines and understands customer segmentation and target groups.
Assess customer needs and requirements for defined segments and target accordingly.
Understands buying pathway of different customers.
Defines product promotion and positioning for defined segments.
Defines appropriate conferences, workshops, publications, collateral and advertising to market products and service offerings and drive awareness and growth.
Be the advocate for the customer requirements to the group products and services.
Creates an annual marketing campaign plan with budget and expected return on investment (ROI).
Provides regular feedback to head office on product requirements for local markets, including product specifications, functionality, pricing, and translation needs.
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Qualification and Skills
BA or MA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or Management or Economics or related field of studies
