Under supervision, manages goods received and stored, records and issues items, and maintains property and fixed asset records.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receives, stores, records, and issues materials, ensuring protection from damage and theft.

• Verifies goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.

• Organizes items systematically and maintains cleanliness and order.

• Processes store requisition forms and issues items with proper documentation.

• Keeps records, monitors stock movement, and helps develop classification and coding systems.

• Reconciles stock items with records.

• Manages tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.

 Education:

College Diploma /10+3/ in Purchasing & Supply Management /Accounting/ Management or 10+2 Certificate in the fields. 

Work Experience:

2/ 4 years in materials management or related fields.

Knowledge:

knowledge of Collective Labor Agreement, Internal Regulations and Safety Policy of the company.
