Job Description

As the Research and Insight Manager, you'll lead research initiatives to uncover market trends and consumer behavior insights. Managing a team of analysts, you'll drive strategic decisions with data-driven findings, supporting business growth and innovation. Your role is pivotal in optimizing products, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

Research Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Identify research priorities based on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

Research Execution and Analysis:

  • Oversee the execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.

  • Utilize statistical analysis tools and data visualization techniques to interpret findings and extract actionable insights.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide timely insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Provide guidance on research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and professional development.

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or a related analytical role.

  • Strong proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and interpretation of findings.

  • Ability to translate research insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings and influencing decision-making.

  • Familiarity with market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape in relevant industries.
