Job Description
As the Research and Insight Manager, you'll lead research initiatives to uncover market trends and consumer behavior insights. Managing a team of analysts, you'll drive strategic decisions with data-driven findings, supporting business growth and innovation. Your role is pivotal in optimizing products, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening our market position.
Research Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy aligned with business objectives.
Identify research priorities based on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Research Execution and Analysis:
Oversee the execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.
Utilize statistical analysis tools and data visualization techniques to interpret findings and extract actionable insights.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide timely insights and strategic recommendations.
Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
Team Leadership and Development:
Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Provide guidance on research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and professional development.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or a related analytical role.
Strong proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and interpretation of findings.
Ability to translate research insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings and influencing decision-making.
Familiarity with market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape in relevant industries.
