Job Description
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for ensuring the handling of all master documents, as per the SOP.
Preparation of SOPs & protocols.
Review of technical documents like stability protocols, analytical method verification/validation protocols, cleaning verification/validation protocols, HVAC & compressed air validation protocols process validation protocols.
Preparation of Review of technical reports of various validations/qualifications happening in the company in coordination with other stakeholders.
Participate in investigations triggered under any nonconformance, market complaints & recalls etc and preparation of investigation reports.
Preparation of audit compliance report under the guidance of department head.
Maintaining training documents as per the annual training calendar and coordinating with stakeholders for all time readiness for training files completions as per respective training calendars.
Review of analytical documents for correctness as per respective standard guidelines, protocols, specification & STPs.
Handling of QMS elements like Deviation, change controls, market complaint recalls & risk assessments etc.
All time readiness for any other task allotted by the department head.
Follows SOPs, current good manufacturing practices, company policies, health, safety and environment procedures, human resources policies, etc. and stays updated as and when revised..

Qualification:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in pharmacy.
3-5 years of Proven experience as an QA Executive or similar role in the pharmaceuticals manufacturing industry
Knowledge of GDP (ALCOA), GMP.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent in English reading, writing, speaking, interpreting.
Able to work in any shift as per company requirements.
Desirable: Sense of urgency, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with less supervision, under pressure. Flexible to adapt newer responsibilities, positive mindset.
Working in the Manufacturing sector is advantageous.
