Research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use.

Job Responsibility: 

1. Planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance Schedule for Equipment.

2. Planning of utility & plant machines operation & maintenance like Boiler, Air Compressor, DG Set, Air Dryer, HVAC system, water purification systems etc.

3. HVAC system 

4. Water Purification system MGF, Softener, RO, EDI, Purified water storage & distribution.

5. Review and gap analysis of SOPs.

6. Preparations of various reports like fuel consumption, electric unit consumption, machine breakdown etc.

7. Investigate and assist in solving chronic maintenance problems as assigned by supervisor

8. Organize and conduct training of electrical/ instrumentation mill technicians, as assigned by supervisor, to ensure a successful installation, startup, and maintenance of equipment and systems

9. Ensure that electrical/ instrumentation activities are carried out with the best overall value for cost, labour, materials, and asset availability.

10. Provide expertise in computing technology, computing applications, and controls systems development

11. Self- motivated, hands- on engineer who is comfortable with mechanical systems and software tools.

12. Follows SOPs, current good manufacturing practices, company policies, health, safety and environment procedures, human resources policies, etc. and stays updated as and when revised.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor of Engineering Electrical / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals manufacturing industry.

2. In and out knowledge about operation and maintenance of the manufacturing equipment and analytical instruments in a Pharma company.

3. Knowledge of documentation

4. Fluent in English reading, writing, speaking, interpreting.

5. Able to work in any shift as per company requirements.

6. Desirable: Sense of urgency, work efficiently in fast paced environment with less supervision, under pressure. Flexible to adapt newer responsibilities, positive mindset.

Working in the Manufacturing sector is advantageous.
