Job Description
Job Responsibility
Planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance Schedule for Equipment.
Preparing & approval of annual maintenance, utility budget & monitoring monthly variance
Generating monthly MIS report related maintenance activity
Planning of utility & plant machines operation & maintenance like Boiler, Air Compressor, DG Set, Air Dryer, HVAC system, water purification systems etc.
HVAC system troubleshooting, Validation and calibration
Water Purification system MGF, Softener, RO, EDI, Purified water storage & distribution.
Review and gap analysis of SOPs.
Preparations of various reports like fuel consumption, electric unit consumption, machine breakdown etc.
Investigate and assist in solving critical maintenance problems as assigned by supervisor
Provide expertise in the area of computing technology, computing applications, and controls systems development
Self- motivated, hands- on engineer who is comfortable with mechanical systems and software tools.
Follows SOPs, current good manufacturing practices, company policies, health, safety and environment procedures, human resources policies, etc. and stays updated as and when revised.

Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical/ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) with 2 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals manufacturing industry.
In and out knowledge about operation and maintenance of the manufacturing equipment and analytical instruments in a Pharma company.
Knowledge of documentation
Fluent in English reading, writing, speaking, interpreting.
Able to work in any shift as per company requirements.
Desirable: Sense of urgency, work efficiently in fast paced environment with less supervision, under pressure. Flexible to adapt newer responsibilities, positive mindset.
Working in the Manufacturing sector is advantageous.
