Job Description
Ensuring the GMP code of conduct at shop floor.
Ensuring the IPQA activities in dispensing of raw & packing materials.
Ensuring the manufacturing and packing of medicament is done as per the approved BMR & BPR.
Performing the sampling of intermediate or finished pharmaceutical products as per respective SOP and handing over to QC for analytical evaluation.
Collection of control samples, samples for MLT and handing over to QC.
Collection of wash/rinse water samples of equipment cleaning and submission in QC lab for evaluation.
Participate in process validation, cleaning validation activities and performing the sampling as per the respective protocols.
Performing the in-process checks at various stages of manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products and maintaining the record in the BMR & BPR.
Maintaining the IPQA lab on the shop floor and performance of calibration of IPQA instruments like weighing balance, moisture analyzer, DT apparatus, friability hardness tester, and leak test apparatus.
Reporting of any non-conformance/ incident/deviation at shop floor and providing the investigation report in coordination with respective stakeholders.
All time readiness for any other task allotted by the department head.
Follows SOPs, current good manufacturing practices, company policies, health, safety and environment procedures, human resources policies, etc. and stays updated as and when revised..

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Bachelors/ Master’s degree in pharmacy.
Fresher or 1 year experience is preferred in similar manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of GDP (ALCOA), GMP.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Fluent in English reading, writing, speaking, interpreting.
Able to work in any shift as per company requirements.
Desirable: Sense of urgency, work efficiently in fast paced environment with less supervision, under pressure. Flexible to adapt newer responsibilities, positive mindset.
Working in the Manufacturing sector is advantageous.
