Job Description

Job Responsibility: 

  1. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and draft job descriptions.

  2. Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, referrals) to attract qualified candidates and Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

  3. Facilitate the offer process, conduct background checks, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

  4. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

  5. Address and resolve employee issues and concerns promptly and effectively.

  6. Foster a positive work environment through communication, feedback mechanisms, and employee engagement initiatives.

  7. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  8. Implement and administer performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

  9. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related matters.

  10. Monitor performance appraisal deadlines and ensure completion within established timelines.

  11. Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluations.

  12. Identify training needs through performance evaluations, skill assessments, and discussions with managers.

  13. Develop training programs and materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.

  14. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

  15. Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

  16. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

  17. Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

  18. Generate HR reports and analytics for management review, such as turnover rates, headcount reports, and training metrics.

  19. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

  20. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.

  21. Update and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and organizational needs.

  22. Conduct audits and internal reviews to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

  23. Assist in investigations and disciplinary actions when necessary, maintaining fairness and consistency.

  24. Oversee and ensure cleanliness and organization of the workplace, including production areas, offices, and common areas.

  25. Ensure health and safety, cleanliness procedures are maintained at all times and any behaviors of subordinates that could affect the H&S risks.

  26. Monitoring/Assessing performance of the department’s employees’ individuals, or organizations to make improvements.

  27. Handling others responsibilities given by immediate supervisor or higher managements

  28. Follows SOPs, current good manufacturing practices, company policies, health, safety and environment procedures, human resources policies, etc. and stays updated as and when revised.

Salary: Negotiable

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. 3-5 years Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or manufacturing industry

  3. Knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  5. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  7. Proficiency in MS Office Fluent in English reading, writing, speaking, interpreting.

  8. Able to work in any shift as per company requirements.

  9. Desirable: Sense of urgency, work efficiently in fast paced environment with less supervision, under pressure. Flexible to adapt newer responsibilities, positive mindset.

Working in the Manufacturing sector is advantageous.
