Job Description
Our Recruitment Team is searching for a dedicated and organized Company Assistant for an import-export company. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with no prior work experience who are looking to start their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have an educational background in logistics, business, management, accounting, or related fields.
Oversee clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
Maintain files and ensure they are up to date.
Keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed.
Office Management:
Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Welcome visitors and manage the reception area.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and deliver them promptly.
Scheduling:
Schedule meetings and send invites to attendees.
Data Entry:
Accurately input data into company systems, including customer details, sales figures, or other metrics.
Financial Tasks:
Assist with invoicing, processing expenses, and bookkeeping.
Customer Service:
Interact with clients or customers via phone, email, or face-to-face to provide information and support.
Report Preparation:
Assist in creating reports by gathering data and preparing basic presentations.
Degree in logistics, business, management, accounting, or related fields.
No prior experience is required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
