Job Description
As a stock keeper the candidate for this position will be responsible to perform stock-related duties, including organizing, receiving, inspecting , returnning , unloading, shelving, packing, labeling and maintaining a perpetual inventory of products and equipments. Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stock.
Duties & Responsibilities
1、Responsible for the production department of all kinds of finished products, semi-finished products warehousing quantity records and is responsible for the accuracy of the recorded quantity.
2、Responsible for each department to receive a variety of material quantity records, and is responsible for the accuracy of the recorded quantity.
3、According to the purchase order to receive the purchased items, confirm the number of received items, specifications and models are consistent, make data records, and be responsible for the accuracy of the recorded data.
4、Responsible for the quantity specifications of the products issued.
5、Responsible for the cleanup and replacement of broken items in the warehouse and the recording of data.
6, Responsible for the storage of warehouse goods safety, and environmental safety work, reasonable arrangements for the storage of the library, classification of goods, neat, inventory storage, reasonable arrangements for the materials out of the warehouse, to achieve the principle of first-in-first-out.
7, Accept other tasks arranged by the leadership.
Requirements:
Age: under 24 years old, gender: male
College degree or above in purchasing & supplies management, management, accounting or related fields.
Experience: fresh graduate / 0 year
Good with numbers, excellent at English and Amharic including listening, speaking and writing, be able to accurately translate one to another.
Obedient to the arrangement of the superior leadership, loyal to the company, able hardworking, physically fit and able to work overtime.
