Bank managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

• Qualifications: Master/Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Banking, Finance & Investment, Corporate Finance or related fields.

• Work Experience: 5/7 years of relevant work experience, out of which 0/1 year Grade I Branch Manager, Mgr, CSM-II, Team Leader-I, Principal/ senior officer with related jobs

• Place of Work:  Addis Ababa

• Note:

  • All relevant work experience should be in banking & directly related with the position.

  • Required number of employee/s may increase/decrease as per the need & standard of the bank
