Job Description
The Innovation Manager is responsible to lead innovation & renovation projects through the Innovation Management Process of the company. The Innovation Manager is responsible in successfully deliver required project expectations and value gains as per strategic plan as defined in the project’s objectives/KPIs.
1. Plan and coordinate product development activities to ensure timely completion
2. Ensures innovation projects are commercially grounded with best in class customer propositions
3. Builds and deliver projects launch and nurture strategies
4. Manages and be held responsible for budgets on specific innovation and renovation projects
5. Responsible for all commercial aspects of launches and test markets, ensuring that all projects are grounded in early commercial insight
6. Provides commercial A&P recommendations
7. Provides a bottom up volume forecasting for all innovations projects
8. Set track and communicate commercial KPIS for all launches
9. Coordinates with management to make critical decisions related to product developments
10. Reviews product designs and recommend changes to management.
11. Develops best practices to optimize product development procedures.
12. Identifies areas of improvements and concerns and recommend improvements.
13. Develops and maintain product specifications for reference purposes.
14. Oversee product development activities within allotted budget and timelines.
15. Provide project status updates to management on periodic basis.
16. Schedule regular meetings to discuss about new product ideas and issues.
17. Schedule job training and maintain training materials for development team.
18. Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Academic requirement: MA/MSC/BA/BSC in Marketing Management or related fields of study
Work experience: 6/8yrs of experience in brand management in Beverage Industries.
