Job Description
The Event Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and execute all Event Marketing activities of the Commercial Function. These will primarily include big event sponsorships, trade shows, and other events.
1. Plans and leads the event management activities of the company.
2. Identifies event opportunities that help to achieve marketing, brand and sales objectives based on internal and external information.
3. Develops annual event plan based on foreseeable facts and insights with clear objectives, recourse requirement and time line by showing strategic and tactical integration with the grand marketing strategy.
4. Develops and constantly update event Plans and Strategy including 3rd party requirement and recruitment procedure
5. Develops and constantly update capability development plan for event execution team
6. Develops annual retail level Event Activation plan and monthly action plan
7. Develops monitoring and evaluation mechanism on the effectiveness of all Big and Small Events of the Company against the Commercial Goals.
8. Manages Event Organizers and related external agencies that support on our event executions including Media personnel.
9. Avail all resources for the event execution on time and in full & assist for the execution of all events according to the plan
10. Organize periodical report for Big Events and Events at Retail Outlet levels
11. Develops a brewery experience and experiential event strategy and program for continuous/regular execution with key and influential stakeholders.
12. Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Academic requirement: MA/MSC/BA/BSC in Marketing Management or related fields of study
Work experience: 6/8yrs of experience in brand management in Beverage Industries.
