Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible for managing the follow-up and support activities for the Bank’s IFB products and services across the branch. He/she will engage with branch staff to understand and resolve ground-level challenges and Facilitate communication between branches and Head Office units. He/she also ensures the effective implementation and expansion of the Bank’s Shariah-compliant financial products and services.

Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field of study plus a minimum of nine (9) years of relevant experience, three (3) years in a supervisory position, preferably in interest-free banking services.

Professional certificates about IFB (added advantage).
