Purpose of the Program
Currently, we are seeking new graduates to join our Bank in a three months Young Graduate Trainee Program – IT (YGTP- IT), designed to provide a strong knowledge of all technological aspects of our business. The program combines a series of classroom and on-the-job training opportunities in various areas, with the purpose of preparing you for next role in the area that maximizes your strengths, ambitions and aspirations.
Responsibilities
Complete in-depth training modules to help you better understand our practices, operation and business strategies
Maintain positive work habits that are conducive to the bank growth and profitability
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
A good team player with strong passion to the industry
Execute other tasks as assigned
Competencies Required
Good Communication skills
Goal oriented and self-motivated
Basic Computer Application Skills
Industry Specific skills (Product and Service)

Educational Requirement
BSc. Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related field.
Female Graduates with a minimum CGPA of 2.75
Male Graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.0
Only Graduates of 2024 G.C. are eligible to apply.
