An indigenous civil society organization, has been dedicated to community development in Addis Ababa, Oromia, South Ethiopia and Sidama for over 26 years. TSD is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Position Summary:
The Program Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the organization's programs, ensuring alignment with the mission and effective management for measurable community impact.
Education:
BA/Master's degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
5/7 years in program management within the non-profit sector, including 2-3 years in leadership.
Experience in strategic planning, program development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and financial management.
Skills:
Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of development issues and trends.
