The position is structured to report to the Unit Manager: Process and Responsible for leading and supervising the operation of designated equipment within the Syrup, Water & waste Water Treatment plant, and Testing Room Facilities. In addition to this, the incumbent is responsible for leading a group of people consisting of operators and technicians.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise Syrup Room Manufacturing Plant, Water & Waste Water Treatment plants.

  • Lead and supervise people.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Comply and implement SHEQ standards.

  • Supervise and manage equipment.

Skills, Experience & Education

First Degree in Food Process Engineering/Chemical Engineering or related field of studies with at least 3 years relevant experience in the Food Processing area.
