On behalf of our client, a Chinese Plastic Manufacturing company, the GeezJobs recruitment team is seeking an energetic and motivated Outdoor Sales Representative. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy working in an outdoor setting with flexible hours, we want to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products.

• Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory.

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Provide excellent customer service and support.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Job Requirement

• 1+ year experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor sales role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Compensation:

• Base salary: 4000 Birr

• Transportation allowance

• Attractive commission: 5000 Birr per sale

• Required: 2 (Two)
