Job Description
The field sales manager is responsible for the Directing, Leading and Managing the Sales Teams of the company. He/ she is responsible for the creativity thorough improved knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth, aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with all potential customers, to plan, organize, and coordinate the overall commercial activities to meet company sales, brand growth, market share and profitability targets.
Plans, organizes, administers, directs and controls the sales operations of the company.
Develops sales strategies that explain the best way to position the company’s brand in the market.
Develops a sales plan for the company’s products in line with the marketing strategies for each brands, customer demographic analysis, sales forecasts, and growth strategies.
Develops a sales plan in line with the pricing structure, revenue goals, sales locations, customer retention strategies, advertising avenues, and sales team activities.
Develops sales forecasts and distribute to sales managers and other departments within the Brewery to adjust production levels and organize logistics.
Manage sales and promotional events.
Develop relationships with key customers.
Design and distribute marketing materials in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams to produce advertising and marketing materials.
Supervise the sales staff to ensure that the staff is working productively to generate sales and develop marketing strategies.
Provides capacity development functions for the sales force
Provides leadership to the National Sales Force and Back office Support Team
Sets the National Sales strategy and ensure that the plans and activities are executed to result in targets achievement.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and revenue for existing and new products.
Determine the Sales Plan of each specific region based on industry volume and potential market size.
Design and Execute route-to-market, business development, export and Sales Operations activities to realize achievement of sales targets.
Support the agenda of Capability development through the Sales Capability Section
Signal Market Developments within the Brewery Industry and propose strategic scenarios and initiatives that can be translated into actions.
Meets/exceeds the annual sales volume and market share plans.
In cooperation with HR Department recruits and selects the Sales Leadership Team and other key roles in the Section.
Periodically conducts performance appraisal of subordinates and staff to identify performance gaps or outstanding performance and take appropriate action.
Evaluate Distribution Agent Hiring and Firing Decisions.
Develop, Manage and Execute Sales Section Budgets
Effectively roll-out Innovation Products/Brands into the market with a high level of Sales Metrics achievement and enthusiasm
Develop framework to serve as input for the decision to be made on Product Pricing, and Distribution value chain margins.
Prepares periodic performance report and submit to the commercial director.
Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the Commercial Director.

Academic requirement: MA/MSC/BA/BSC in Marketing Management or related fields of study
Work experience: 10/12yrs of experience in sales management of which six/6 yrs. managerial level in Beverage Industries.
