Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Development Studies or in a related social science field of study with relevant work experience A certificate in a relevant course along with strong data collection experience and English proficiency will be considered Duties & Responsibilities: - Conduct in-person KIIs and SSIs with diverse participants including IDPs, GBV survivors, trafficked youth, local government officials, traditional leaders, and vulnerable populations. - Accurately transcribe the Amharic interview content and translate into English, incorporating relevant non-verbal cues and contextual observations. - Participate in two days pre-data collection training, one day pilot interviews, and protocol orientation sessions. - Coordinate closely with the Field Team Leader and Field Coordinator to report progress, raise concerns, and address challenges in real time. - Maintain digital and physical security of all collected data and notes in line with data protection protocols.

MA or BA Degree in Social sciences, Development Studies, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead coordination of needs assessments, ensuring assessment findings are documented and analyzed. - Provide trainings and capacity building for project field-level staff and partners as required on MEAL. Master's Degree in Social Work, Child Protection and Migration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Proactive technical engagement for the CP and Migration  (CP AND MIGRATION) and migration strategy development, and in setting the strategic approach in relation to the wider country strategy  - Build capacity of national staff and partners in key technical approaches related to CP and Migration  and migration - Leading the development of strategic plans and the portfolio of projects, research and initiatives required for achievement of strategic objectives and outcomes.   

Master's Degree in Sociology and Social Studies, Peace and Security, Development Studies, Rural Development and Local Studies (RLDS) or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - The Project Coordinator will contribute to the development and implementation of the entire activities under the M&M-Cross border Resilience Project in close cooperation with local partners, in particular pertinent government offices and cross border peace committees. - Promote localized and inclusive approaches to advance context-focused rapid response initiatives to address negative impacts of climate change, conflict driven calamities and administrative disagreements. - Effectively engage in joint planning and review exercise with close linkage and collaboration among the consortium partners while leading the preparation of work plans and budgets, directly overseeing the implementation activities, project monitoring and development of technical reports.
