Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Monitor Network usage and security
Assist on Configuration and troubleshooting on Routers, Switches and Firewalls
Install and maintain computer hardware and software infrastructure
Performs Computer (Thin client and/or Fat client), Printers, scanners and UPS maintenance
Communicating with Ethiopian Telecom for troubleshooting WAN communication failures,
Monitors ATM and POS networks
Troubleshoot system failure or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
Arrange maintenance sessions to discover and mend inefficiencies
Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference
Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly
Creates and maintain documentation for Network and Hardware Infrastructure
Reports all security incidents to Manager Network and Hardware Administration Division
Perform other duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENT
Graduates of years 2023 & 2024 G.C with BSc in computer science, Electrical Engineering and other related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
No prior experience is required.
Age ≤ 25
Exit Exam is required
