Human resource clerks provide support in all the processes and efforts carried by human resources managers. They help in the preparation of recruitment processes by scanning CVs and narrowing the selection to the most suitable candidates. They perform administrative tasks, prepare communications and letters, and perform the tabulation of the surveys and assessments carried out by the department.

Job Requirement

• Degree or equivalent; additional education or training in human resources or administration is a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a human resources or office setting.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

• Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software systems.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
