Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare an annual action plan and budget for the office.
Prepare and submit work reports quarterly, bi-annually and annually.
Organizes and administers the records, registration and graduation functions, including transcript evaluations, admissions and certification process in order to provide maximum service to students,
Participates and serves as part of the Student Services Team.
Supervises, coordinates, and evaluates certification of all graduation applications, while overseeing the complete graduation process to include all elements of the rehearsal and ceremony.
Responsible for collecting, recording, maintaining and reporting of student records ,
Provides leadership and develop appropriate recommendations for the implementation of related technology application in support of enhanced services offered through Registration and Records
Develops and administers the budget of the registrar,
Provides timely solution for student disputes related to records and registration,
Collaborate with Deans, faculty, IT and counselors to facilitate and improve services to students, including catalog and registration/records policy questions.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Bsc/Msc degree in computer science, it, statistics, mathematics or other related fields
Experience :3-5 yrs Registrar related experience
Skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
Knowledge of academic student record keeping in a setting of higher education.
Knowledge and ability with online student records and registration systems.
Proven qualifications of leadership, accuracy, initiative, and organization.
