Job Description
Secretaries perform a variety of administrative tasks to help keep an organisation run smoothly. They answer telephone calls, draft and send e-mails, maintain diaries, arrange appointments, take messages, file documents, organise and service meetings, and manage databases.
Performs secretarial and clerical duties.
Screens calls, visitors and mails and directs to concerned units.
Types a variety of materials including general correspondence and memoranda.
Provides information relating to responsibilities assigned in person or by telephone.
Maintains inventory and office supplies.
Prepares purchase orders and compiles information as requested.
Compiles, maintains and prioritizes records and files.
Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing;
Performs other duties as assigned.
Degree in secretarial science , office management or related field
Experience :3-5 yrs
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Operates uses a variety modern office equipment.
Basic skill on Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
