They develop programs for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting employees based on a previous assessment of the profile and skills required in the company. Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Management. HRM, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management. Business Administration related fields

• Experience: 5/7 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management in banks or microfinance, out of which 3 years in a senior/Managerial HRM Position.
