Job Description
The HR Personnel will play a vital role in managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, including orientation and training.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
Performance Management:
Assist in implementing performance management systems and processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement initiatives.
Compliance and Record Keeping:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Training and Development:
Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Support the development and implementation of training initiatives and workshops.
HR Administration:
Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee databases, processing payroll, and managing benefits programs.
Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
2+ years Proven experience in a similar HR role
